Shipping

What countries do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide but primarily to the United States and Canada
Where do your products ship from?
- Products ship from the USA. Some products may be shipped in separate shipments.
What is the cost and method of shipping?
- Prices and methods vary based on your location and the items you select. Please add the items you want to your cart to receive a quote.
How long does it take for order(s) to be delivered?
- Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed. You will see the final costs and delivery times in the order Checkout. For US shipments: Orders take typically take 7-14 days to arrive.
Will I pay additional customs or import fees?
- If you are outside the US, you may be subject to customs or import fees. We cannot predict these fees, as they are entirely up to the customs agents in your country. MarmoSnug is not responsible for these fees, and cannot refund them under any circumstance.

I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?
- We do not accept returns or exchanges because everything is made-to-order uniquely for you. However, if you accidentally misspelled a name or selected something wrong, please write to us as soon as possible and we will try our best to change it up for you, provided that your order has not entered production.
My order arrived damaged or was lost in the mail. Can you replace it?
- Absolutely. Just email me a photo of your damaged item within 14 days of receiving it. Or within 30 days of not receiving your item.
My order hasn’t shipped yet. Can I cancel it?
- All my items are made-to-order. If your order has already entered the production state (typically within 24 hours after purchase) or shipping stage, you will not be able to cancel it.
How long until my order ships?
- All of my products are made-to-order, usually within 4-8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm, and do not include US holidays.

Will I pay additional customs or import fees?

What size should I order?
37×57 inches: a good size for a single person’s lap, or for babies
50×60 inches: The most popular size to put on a sofa or couch, great for snuggling!
60×80 inches: approximately the size of a queen-size bed (covering just the top, not hanging down the sides). Great for couples during movie nights etc.
